What type of storage do you offer?
We offer a variety of drive-up storage unit sizes to fit your needs. We also provide convenient outdoor storage spaces for vehicles, boats, RVs, and trailers—perfect for easy access and flexible use. How do I rent a storage unit?
You can rent a unit by going to the "Rent Storage" tab on our website. Simply select your desired unit type, enter your contact and payment information, and complete the process by electronically signing the Self Storage Occupancy Agreement. It’s quick, secure, and lets you move in without the hassle of in-person paperwork. If you prefer, a member of our customer support team will be happy to help you complete the rental process—just give us a call!
What can't I store in my storage unit?
For safety reasons, we prohibit storing perishable food, items with strong odors, anything that may spoil or attract pests, and all living plants or animals. Hazardous or illegal materials—such as compressed gases, flammable or combustible substances, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, explosives, fireworks, and radioactive materials—are also not allowed. Are climate-controlled storage units available?
Some of our facilities offer climate-controlled units that maintain a consistent temperature and humidity level to protect sensitive belongings such as electronics or antiques."Climate-Controlled" is denoted next to units with climate-control in place. If you are unsure whether you need a climate-controlled unit or if one of our facilities is climate-controlled, our customer support team is always available to help–just give us a call!
Payments, Contracts, and Insurance
What documentation do I need?
To rent a storage unit, you’ll need a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. This requirement helps us maintain a secure environment for all of our customers.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
We offer flexible month-to-month rentals, so you're never tied to a long-term contract. You can cancel at anytime through your online account or by contacting our customer support team.
How do I pay for my storage unit?
You can pay for your storage unit easily through your online account using a credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. Payments are automatically billed each month, so you never have to worry about missing a due date.
Do I need insurance for my storage unit?
Yes, we require customers to maintain insurance on their stored property. If you don’t already have coverage, you can easily enroll in our affordable Tenant Protection plan when renting your storage unit through our website.
Facility Features
Are your facilities fenced and gated?
Our facilities are fenced and gated with an automatic gate accessible by customers and staff. If we recently purchased a facility, we may not yet have installed a fence and gate–but rest assured this improvement is coming soon!
Do your facilities have good lighting and cameras?
Our facilities utilize spot lights and cameras on the buildings and in the driving aisles. If we recently purchased a facility, we may not yet have upgraded the lighting or added cameras–but rest assured this improvement is coming soon!
Are your facilities clean and modern?
Yes, our facilities are clean and modern. We regularly maintain our buildings and properties to ensure an amazing experience for our customers. If we recently purchased a facility, keep an eye out for improvements to the buildings and the property!
Do your facilities have an on-site manager?
Our facilities do not have onsite managers. Instead, we have managers who regularly travel from facility to facility to inspect them for security and cleanliness. If you need to meet with a manager for any reason, one will be happy to help you!
