We prohibit perishable food, strong odors, living plants or animals, and all hazardous or illegal materials (gases, flammables, explosives, etc.). Contact our team if you’re unsure about an item.
Some facilities offer climate-controlled units for sensitive belongings like electronics or antiques. Units with this feature are labeled “Climate-Controlled.” If you’re unsure, our support team can confirm availability.
You’ll need a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, to rent a storage unit.
No. Rentals are flexible month-to-month—you can cancel anytime through your online account or by contacting support.
Payments can be made through your online account using a credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. Billing is automatic each month to keep you on track.
Yes. Customers must maintain insurance on stored property. You can enroll in our Tenant Protection plan during checkout if you don’t already have coverage.
Yes. Our properties are fenced and gated with secure access for customers and staff. Newly acquired sites may have upgrades pending.
Yes. We utilize spotlights and surveillance cameras across the property. Upgrades are underway at any newly purchased facilities.
Yes. We regularly maintain and update all facilities to ensure a clean, modern environment for every customer.
We have traveling managers who visit facilities regularly for inspections and maintenance. If you need to meet with one, we’ll arrange it quickly.
